PHOTOS: Kate Moss goes Pantsless to Paris Fashion Week Party

 Kate Moss turned heads at the Carine Roitfeld Fashion Book Issue 2 at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday by walking the red carpet looking like she had forgotten a piece of her clothing or undergarment back home. The 39-year-old iconic model pushed the fashion limits by rocking a sheer-studded catsuit, flashing her backside for all to see. In an attempt to cover up, Moss wore a black blazer over the sultry suit but still left onlookers with very little to the imagination. However, the blond beauty appeared to be very much confident in her outfit as she posed confidently for photos alongside rocker husband Jamie Hince at the cocktail party.
